Neighbors and Friends, YOU ARE INVITED to the Oak Lane Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, June 25th @ 6:00 p.m. to participate in a "Talkback Session" with Rev Bruce Patterson of the Bethel Worship Center regarding the plans for rehabilitation and use of the property at 7037-51 N Broad ( former Betty the Caterer location ). This is NOT an RCO as the Zoning is Commercial Mixed Use CMX. It is an opportunity to hear and comment on the vision for the use of this property and the value it can add to the Community. Additionally, Ms Simone Cartwright of Abundant Homes and Lead Inspection will share information regarding home appraisals for the buyer and the seller and how to preserve the value of your home. Doors open at 5:30. The first presentation will begin promptly at 6 pm Ms Cartwright will follow. Light refreshments will be available. We kindly request that you confirm your attendance so that we can best prepare for you; however, all are welcome. It contains 94 recipes from 40 of your neighbors for Main dishes, Breads, Salads, Vegetables, Soups, Appetizers and Side Dishes. There are even recipes that are for vegans, vegetarians and those who want to eat gluten-free or diary-free.
